Our vision and intent:

Transform a small seaside Santa Cruz bungalow into a light, airy, easy-breezy, sunny interior. Taking what was a very dark and enclosed interior, and opening it up so that the actual floor space feels doubled. Through new bi-fold doors and windows, the interior can now flow outside onto a large two-level deck, and now this small bungalow can accommodate friends and family, and specifically, host a very special wedding for their youngest son this past summer.
