We were asked to update this charming and historic 1913 Craftsman bungalow, located on one Sonoma’s most famous and prestigious residential streets.  The 4-bedroom, nearly 3000 square foot 2-story home, was sensitively remodeled to accentuate the home’s classic architectural features, while adding important modern amenities. We preserved the gorgeous original woodwork of the living and dining rooms, but expanded and remodeled the kitchen. Upstairs we fully remodeled the only single bathroom original to the second floor and created an elegant and spacious private bathroom for the primary bedroom. By remodeling a hall closet and slightly expanding into a bedroom closet, we were able to create a separate full bath for the second floor bedrooms. Selected furnishings and light fixtures were updated throughout.
