The themed space is a dramatic contemporary Music/Recording Studio and Home Theater. Unique features of the Music Studio include a backlit bar, recycled hide leather wall tiles, quartz counter surfaces, textured and etched glass, stainless steel accents, and sculpted MDF wood veneer panels --which are all sourced from recycled or renewable materials.
Over 36,000sf of office and laboratory buildings, with 2 feature lobbies, 3 conference rooms, and 3 unique Break Rooms—each uniquely designed in the style of a contemporary restaurant.
